At Moccamaster, we stand behind the quality of our brewers and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Brewer

  Carefully pack your Moccamaster in its original box and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all manuals and carafes are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
